Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (not caused by us).

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours with clear pictures for quick assistance.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
